The Training Department aims to develop capacities and provide specialized education and training in areas related to reconstruction. The department’s goal is to bridge knowledge gaps found in Syrian educational curricula and meet the demands of the reconstruction phase. It also offers non-specialized training workshops for the general public to raise awareness about reconstruction practices and concepts, and to promote community recovery, peacebuilding, and active participation in decision-making processes.
