Training Department

The Training Department aims to develop capacities and provide specialized education and training in areas related to reconstruction. The department’s goal is to bridge knowledge gaps found in Syrian educational curricula and meet the demands of the reconstruction phase. It also offers non-specialized training workshops for the general public to raise awareness about reconstruction practices and concepts, and to promote community recovery, peacebuilding, and active participation in decision-making processes.

Create training materials that address real-world challenges and are tailored to the post-conflict Syrian environment, ensuring content relevance for trainees.

4- Coordinating and Managing Trainings and Dialogue Sessions on Kafaat Platforms:

● Organize and coordinate all training sessions—whether virtual or physical—and provide spaces for constructive dialogue on reconstruction topics.

5- Building Partnerships with Trainers and Training Institutions Across Disciplines:

● Establish cooperation agreements with individual trainers and educational institutions to expand knowledge networks.

6- Organizing Professional Forums and Initiatives

● Host events that bring together experienced professionals and stakeholders in the training and reconstruction sectors to exchange expertise and enhance training strategies.

7- Mapping Trainers and Training Institutions

● Create and maintain an updated database of active trainers and training organizations to support strategic planning and partnership building.
